How I Use Vendoo to Crosslist Faster and Sell More
VENDOO

If you’re selling on multiple platforms like Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, or Facebook Marketplace, you already know how time-consuming crosslisting can be. For me, Vendoo completely changed the game.
I started using it out of desperation—listing the same item four different times in four different formats was burning me out. Now, I spend less time posting and more time selling.
Here’s how I use Vendoo in my resale routine and some tips that help me move faster and stay organized.
Why I Use Vendoo
Before Vendoo, I was constantly copy-pasting descriptions, resizing photos, and tracking what was listed where in a messy spreadsheet. It worked... kind of. But it wasn’t sustainable.
Vendoo makes crosslisting simple. I upload my inventory once, and then I can post that item across all my selling platforms with just a few clicks. It even lets me delist and relist quickly, which helps with visibility and freshens up older listings.
My Workflow with Vendoo
I start by adding my new inventory into Vendoo. I take my photos, upload them into the Vendoo dashboard, and write one solid title and description.
I select the platforms I want to list on—usually Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace.
Vendoo autofills a lot of the listing info when you click into each platform’s listing page. I tweak categories, shipping info, and pricing to fit the rules of each site.
Click “Post” and done. It usually takes about 5–7 minutes to list across all platforms, instead of 20+ doing them individually.
I also love that I can mark an item as sold in Vendoo, and it’ll automatically remove the listing from all the other platforms. No more accidentally selling the same item twice.
Real Results
Since I started using Vendoo, I’ve been able to list consistently across platforms, which has seriously helped my sales. My weekly sales have nearly doubled because my items are getting seen by more people.
Even better? I don’t feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything. It’s easier to stay organized, and I don’t dread listing anymore.
Tips to Get the Most Out of Vendoo
Batch your work: I take photos and write titles in batches, then upload everything to Vendoo at once.
Use templates: Create category templates for similar items to save time filling out listing details.
Relist stale inventory: Take advantage of Vendoo’s delist/relist feature to revive old listings without starting from scratch.
Track your profits: The built-in analytics help you see what’s working and where you’re making the most money.
Final Thoughts
Vendoo has become a must-have tool in my resale routine. If you’re juggling multiple platforms and want to save time while boosting your sales, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s one of those tools that pays for itself pretty quickly.
